By confirming the booking and staying at the villa, guests acknowledge and agree to all official terms and conditions in the contract.

الحجز والدفع
Villa rental rates vary between weekdays, weekends, and festival days. Full payment is required in advance to confirm the reservation.
تختلف أسعار إيجار الفيلا حسب أيام الأسبوع وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع ومواسم الأعياد. يجب دفع المبلغ بالكامل مقدماً لتأكيد الحجز.
التأمين المسترد
AED1500
security deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before check-in and returned within 7 working days after checkout, subject to inspection.
يجب دفع مبلغ تأمين مسترد قبل تسجيل الدخول، ويتم إرجاعه خلال 7 أيام عمل بعد تسجيل الخروج وبعد فحص الفيلا.
المحافظة على الممتلكات
Guests must keep the villa, furniture and facilities in good condition. Any damage or loss may be charged according to repair or replacement value.
يرجى المحافظة على الفيلا والأثاث والمرافق بحالة جيدة. يتحمل الضيف تكلفة أي تلف أو خسارة حسب قيمة الإصلاح أو الاستبدال.
سلامة المسبح
Children must be supervised at all times. Use of the private swimming pool is at the guest’s own responsibility.
يجب مراقبة الأطفال دائماً أثناء استخدام المسبح. استخدام المسبح الخاص يكون على مسؤولية الضيف الشخصية.
البحر والأنشطة المائية
The villa is near the sea/backwater area. Boats, floats, water sports equipment and sea activities are used at the guest’s own risk.
تقع الفيلا بالقرب من البحر أو الواجهة المائية. استخدام القوارب أو معدات الأنشطة المائية يكون على مسؤولية الضيف الشخصية.
تعليمات عامة
Loud music, disturbance to neighboring properties, illegal activities and misuse of the villa are not permitted. Check-in and checkout timings must be followed.
يمنع الإزعاج أو تشغيل الموسيقى بصوت مرتفع أو أي أنشطة مخالفة للقوانين أو إساءة استخدام الفيلا. يجب الالتزام بمواعيد تسجيل الدخول والخروج.
