Refundable Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required before check-in and returned within 3 to 7 days after checkout, subject to property damage inspection.
Property Care
Guests must keep the villa, furniture and facilities in good condition. Any damage or loss may be charged according to repair or replacement value.
Swimming Pool Safety
Children must be supervised at all times. Use of the private swimming pool is at the guest’s own responsibility.
Sea & Water Activities
The villa is near the sea/backwater area. Boats, floats, water sports equipment and sea activities are used at the guest’s own risk.
General Rules
Loud music, disturbance to neighbors and misuse of the villa are not permitted. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 2:30 PM the next day.
